I would not take my Mercedes to any other dealer in town. Steve and his staff are very easy to work with and don’t waste your time. I’ve had a few European cars and anytime there’s a problem that needs fixing or an upgrade I want performed it gets taken care of quickly and properly. Steve definitely knows what he’s doing and I trust him to get the job done and done right.

My Check Engine light had been on for a while. It was on, before and after, having work finished by another shop. When I ran into Steve at a feed store, I asked him if I could bring my car to him for a quick look. The following week his staff called me to come in. I did. Wow. The shop is spotless, the work bays are neat and orderly. There’s no odor of petroleum products. Tidy. Steve’s a wonderful, funny, and knowledgeable man. For my fellow sisters, you won’t have to worry about Steve trying to ManSplain anything to you about your car. Problem solved in a few minutes, no charge. If you need a decent shop with skilled folks, I recommend F.A. Good mechanics are a necessary part of life.
